Anne Phung Nguyen
Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My amazing partner JP and my wonderful Dad Henry are also part of our clan. People know me best through my Instagram account @annephung. Here I tell my tale of highs, lows, and everything in between. It was 1990 that my family relocated to America. At the age of one quarter I was able to join my parents. As I knew I could have a brighter future and I wanted to achieve my goals and make my parents proud. I had a set plan for my life: university and get a corporate job, get married, buy the house, and then have kids. It was my idea of what it would take to be successful. But life had other ideas. The job I held in 2013 was something I dreaded. Status and money didn't bring me happiness. I believed that I was living a solitary existence to get a pay check. The passion I have for fitness as well as my love of socializing with others led me to pursue a new career as an instructor. In 2014 I started my small business and this year in 2021, I'll be celebrating my 7th year anniversary. Within this industry there is a lack of Asian females. In order to be an innovator in my field, and to provide quality coaching to help others live a happier and healthier life by establishing a life that is tailored to their specific needs and targets. Also, I strive to inspire people to pursue their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to achieve in their lives. While my career was taking off and I was advancing, my mom passed away. The loss of my mother is worst of everything. The eight years she fought fight with Scleroderma. Now she's resting on Heaven and I'll keep her in my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life can be a bit elusive in offering us the things we require. The passing of my mother changed me in many ways, and I truly believe that my Mom gave me another chance to be alive through her passing. On Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. Now it was time for her to move on into her new chapter, as well as my opportunity to lead a meaningful and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware of the fact that I am living now and not merely existing like I did in the past. My story is made available to my readers so that I am able to talk about my experience and thoughts. It will allow you to feel secure knowing that you're not the only one. You're capable of accomplishing anything you wish to. Therapy is vital and normal. Health is the greatest wealth. I hope to live your life at your best and never have regrets in your final days. Death is our only assurance in this our lives.
